Centering Prayer
I’m highlighting Centering Prayer because I believe this simple prayer method can transform your life like it has transformed mine. In the 10+ years I’ve practiced Centering Prayer, I’ve found my path. During my daily prayer practice I surrender some of “my” time to God and restate my “yes” to his presence and action, repeatedly letting go of my thoughts and returning to God. Waiting with the Lord in this silent prayer has deepened my trust in God. To learn more about Centering Prayer, please read the brief guide I’ve written for you.
